I encourage you to view healthy eating as nourishment rather than as “dieting” and exercise as self-care rather than as “punishment”. Each positive habit cultivated contributes to your overall well-being, as every facet of health is interconnected. Neglecting physical health can detrimentally impact mental health, just as ignoring mental health can lead to physical decline. Loving oneself involves striving to become the best version of oneself. Moreover, prioritising nutrition and exercise demonstrates love for those around you, as maintaining optimal health ensures your continued presence and contribution to their lives.

One of my primary life goals is to facilitate people’s journey towards feeling good and attaining their happiest, healthiest selves. While fat loss often dominates the goals of many clients, my foremost objective is always optimal health. Achieving this involves cutting out the C R A P – Chemicals | Refined Sugar & Flour | Artificial Sweeteners, Flavours & Colours | Processed Food & Preservatives. This includes lean protein (such as eggs, beef, and lamb), preferably organic, healthy fat sources, wholesome complex carbohydrates, and a variety of vegetables. Additionally, fruits, nuts, seeds, yogurt, and cheese are included as options.

The core approach behind my programs is to ensure that each individual’s body receives the right proportions of protein, fats, and carbs. These are meticulously calculated to meet daily calorie goals, as managing weight ultimately boils down to calories in vs calories out. Adequate protein intake is emphasized, particularly for women, while carbohydrates serve as the body’s primary energy source. Unlimited vegetable consumption is encouraged because vegetables provide essential micronutrients – vitamins, minerals, and fiber – which promote health, satiety, and overall well-being. My programs are also designed to accommodate dining out and attending events, as no one should feel guilty about enjoying food. I help clients make informed choices that align with their goals.
